Located in the La Mancha region of Spain, the Finca Sierra La Solona farm produces this quintessential Spanish sheep’s milk cheese. This is a raw milk cheese aged for six to nine months for a firm texture. It is named after the year Cervantes wrote Don Quixote, which includes a reference to the classic cheese.

This is a raw cheese and not suitable for pregnant women.


The Brindisa bellota ham is made from pigs of 75% iberico breed that have feasted upon acorns on the dehesa of Extremadura. The hams are then expertly cured in Guijuelo, Salamanca for between 30 and 36 months. The ham has a sweet and nutty aroma with an excellent balance between the savoury and nutty elements and a long, complex finish.


This serrano ham has an excellent flavour and texture; its thin slices make it ideal for a multitude of uses, whether wrapping fish or putting in a sandwich.


Thinly sliced chorizo from Alejandro. Made by four generations of the Rituerto family in the La Rioja region. Flavoured with a sweet, mild paprika and cured to perfection. 



Baked by a small bakery near Cadiz, these picos de pan, or mini breadsticks, are a staple of any Spanish tapas bar. And of your dining room table.


This jar of tree-ripened black Empeltre olives from Aragon are preserved without any brine or marinade, making the full, fragrant flavour and oily texture of the olives shine.
