Description

A rich coconut curry spiced with cumin, ginger and mustard seeds; it was one of our best-selling Little Boxes ever and, clearly, the Leon Dahling.

Description

This classic vegan Indian curry is all about getting the balance of spices and sweetness right. The Gobi refers to the cauliflower in it, which we've simmered with coconut milk, butternut squash, peas and sultanas, and spiced with turmeric, ginger, and chilli.

This product is suitable for freezing.

Description

Rinse 75g of rice per person in water. Add to a pan with double the amount of water and bring to the boil. Turn down heat, cover with a lid and simmer for about 20 minutes or until all the water has been absorbed. Fluff with a fork.
