1. you place an order

Simply add of any of our boxes to your basket, checkout and pay.

If nothing takes your fancy, don't worry, we have more boxes coming soon!

2. we send an email confirmation

After placing your order, you will immediately receive an email from us confirming that we received it.

If you can't find the email, please check your junk or spam folders. If it's not there either then contact us at customerhappiness@feedbritain.com

3. we email you again with your delivery date


Our delivery partner will email you the day after you have placed your order with your delivery date.

Your delivery date will be 4-7 days after you have placed your order. 

If you need to change your delivery date let us know.

4. we email you a reminder on your delivery date

On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will send you an email reminder that your delivery is coming today.

Your delivery will arrive that day between 9am and 6pm. 

We cannot guarantee you an hourly time slot but we are planning to add this feature soon.

5. your box arrives at your door 


Your driver will leave your box outside the front door and knock. They will then step back and wait for you to collect your delivery. 

If you're not in, the driver will take the box back and our Customer Happiness team will be in touch to organise re-delivery. Please note the re-delivery fee is £4.95. 

Any profits that Feed Britain makes during this COVID-19 crisis will be donated to the FeedNHS campaign, which is raising funds to serve one hot, healthy meal a day to NHS critical care workers.
