These terms and conditions govern your use of the feedbritain.com Site. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. If you do not agree to these, you may not use this Site
These Terms and Conditions were updated April 2020.
This site is owned and operated by LEON Restaurants Limited on behalf of FEED BRITAIN ("we," "us" or "our").
We reserve the right to change our Terms and Conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders or deliveries.
You will be deemed to have accepted such changes if you continue to use this Site (or any part of it) or you continue to place orders / delivery requests after any such changes. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Site.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will reduce your statutory rights. For further information about your statutory rights, contact Trading Standards, your local authority or the Citizens Advice Bureau.

To register on the Site you must be over eighteen years of age.
By signing up to our Site and purchasing products from Feed Britain you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of sale, which apply to all transactions on this Site. Signing up to the service means we must have the following information:
- Your name;
- Your delivery address, including the postcode of the billing address associated with the payment card;
- A telephone contact number;
- Your email address.
You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete. Please inform us of any changes to your information by updating your personal details to ensure that our records are correct.
We do not hold your payment details from any previous orders. Therefore, every purchase at Feed Britain shall require new payment details entered.
When you register to use the Site you will be required to create a password. It is your responsibility to keep your password secure. You will be responsible for all orders that occur or are submitted under your password.
We reserve the right to decline a new customer registration or suspend or terminate a customer’s account at any time and at our sole discretion.
3. Meal Boxes & Grocery Prices
The price of the meal boxes and grocery items will be confirmed on the Site at the time you confirm your order with us. Excluding any inadvertent technical error on pricing, we will honour any prices as published at the time of placing your order.
Where applicable, prices include Value Added Tax. The prices on the Site reflect the current rate of VAT on the date of order. Most of our food products are zero-rated for VAT.
Prices of goods do not include the delivery charge.
4. Product Life
When we put together your order, we will select goods with a reasonable amount of life left before the expiry date. However, please note that some fresh produce or perishable foods items naturally only have limited shelf life.
5. Product Information
Where applicable, the ingredients declaration and allergen information are displayed on the product label (this exclude loose products i.e. produce, fruits). We reserve the right to substitute products when the item is out of stock or not available.
6. Discounts & Promotional Offers
Discount codes and promotional offers can be used on this Site subject to the following Terms and Conditions and any other specific condition that is included on / with the discount or promotional offer being used.
The discount or promotional offer is redeemed by entering its code at the point of check-out for the order.
If there is a minimum spend for the discount or promotional offer to be applied, the minimum spend amount must be in addition to any promotions, meal deals, multi-buys or other discounted items.
The right to use the discount or promotional offer is personal to the original recipient and may not be transferred. No discount or promotional offer should be copied, reproduced or published on any other website without the written consent of Feed Britain.
After you have placed your order we will send you a confirmation email showing the total cost of the products you have ordered, including delivery charge. You will then receive a second e-mail, the day after the order has been placed, confirming the date of delivery.
Currently we are only able to deliver within the M25.
We reserve the right to restrict or refuse delivery requests in certain areas at any time and without notice.
If you are out for the time of your scheduled delivery, we reserve the right to return your order to our warehouse and to charge a delivery charge for re-delivery the next day.
During the order process you may add special delivery instructions for our drivers. We will try to follow these instructions where reasonably possible.
We may attempt to contact you prior to the driver leaving a failed delivery, because we are keen to make sure that the service works for you, but we can't guarantee we shall be able to get hold of you.
8. Returns and Refunds
When your items are delivered please check that the order is not damaged. In the event that your order is visibly damaged, or you are unsatisfied with any of the items, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing email@example.com
Refunds may take up to five working days to appear on your account once agreed and processed.
As an online retailer we are governed by the UK Distance Selling Regulations. However, as we are selling perishable goods, the regulations relating to the return of unwanted goods do not directly apply to us.
It is important for you to know that nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights. If you are a consumer, there are certain terms implied into your contract with us, which we cannot exclude, or limit (for example, under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 we have to supply goods to you which are fit for their purpose).

9. Cancelling an order
You may cancel your order up to 24 hours after you place the order. The reason for this is that all meals are prepared fresh for each order.
